This series of classes is taught in 3-hour blocks over two weeks. This class is tailored for first-time parents. Topics include labor and delivery, pain management, basic breathing and relaxation techniques, unplanned cesarean birth, postpartum and what to expect from a newborn. There will be a BirthPlace tour at the end of the last class.

Cost: $80 per couple. Maximum 22 couples per class
