This workshop is for expectant parents who want to prepare for an unmedicated birth or who might want an epidural but want to be prepared. This three-hour workshop will cover different methods for comfort that can be used during labor. Please bring a couple of pillows and a yoga ball to class with you. 65cm or 75 cm is usually a good size. Your hips should be slightly higher than your knees while sitting on your firmly inflated ball with your feet flat on the floor.
