Stretch and De-stress Yoga Class for Beginners

If you spend much of your day sitting, join us for a seated yoga class that offers tips and techniques to work out the kinks or unwind from a stressful situation. The class is taught by Emily from MintnHoney and is great for beginners with any body type.
